Ear Works Inc. is not responsible to any party for any content contained on a registered clinic's website, or for the accuracy and/or completeness of any information contained within such websites.

Manufacturers and clinics are responsible for informing Ear Works Inc. of any errors, omissions and/or required updates for such purposes.

Ear Works Inc. reserves all rights to manage and access features, updates and additional products used by its registered clinics and Aid-Finder.

Furthermore, the professional advice of the certified clinician, whose responsibility it is to take the patient's complete audiometric results, lifestyle needs and other factors into account when recommending a product, will always supersede the conclusions derived from this learning tool.
